God is Good

(Note: Sorry that this post is a bit late. I kept forgetting to write it before.)

Hey guys! I have some good news for you!

Channah
Channah (1)

Channah,

Casey,

Simon

and Simon,

have families committed to adopting them! Yahoo!!!

When I saw that they were on My Family Found Me, I was so excited. I was extremely excited when I saw Casey and Simon on there. They were running out of time before they aged out and would no longer be available for adoption. Thank God that their families stepped up and said they would adopt them!

  Simeon

And, I have some more good news. The family that is going to adopt Simeon and Ivan are fully funded! Praise God! I can't wait until they bring their boys home. I know that will be a wonderful day for them.

As I write this, I'm reminded of how good God is. He knows what we need when we need it, and His timing is always perfect.

One example of His perfect timing is Simon and Casey. God saved Simon and Casey from living the rest of their lives in an institution. He gave them families who are willing to love and care for them even though they have disabilities. That's what true love is.

30226121603 Joseph

Another example of God's perfect timing is Joseph. Joseph was going to age out on his birthday back in April. I prayed and prayed, (along with many other people,) that a family would commit to adopting him before his birthday.

Then, his birthday came. I was really sad because I thought he had lost his chance of being adopted.

But, God wasn't done yet. One day, after his birthday, I saw his picture on My Family Found Me. God had a family ready to adopt him before his birthday came. I was so happy that day!

I keep praying that a family will commit to adopting Darina. I also keep imagining the day when I will see her face on the My Family Found Me page. What a happy day that will be!

Dimes for Darina

You guys are not going to believe this!

Simeon,

and Ivan,

are going to be adopted!

A couple days ago, my sister told me Simeon and Ivan were on My Family Found Me. Well, actually, she showed me. She said I needed to see something, and then I saw Simeon and Ivan on My Family Found Me! Yay!!!

When I saw it, I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. It seems too good to be true. Simeon and Ivan have a family coming for them! Yay! I'm praying that the adoption will go smoothly and quickly so Simeon and Ivan can be with their family.

Darina

From 1/30/13-2/28/13, there is going to be a fundraiser going on for Darina. It's called Dimes for Darina.
Everyone who participates will collect dimes to donate to Darina's account. Here is the link to the fundraiser.

Please pray that a family will adopt Darina. If she doesn't get adopted soon, she will spend the rest of her life in an institution. Also, please share her profile wherever you can so we can find her family.

Catching up

Hey guys, I'm back! I hope you guys had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I know it's been a while since my last blog post, so I'm going to catch up with this one.

Lets start by talking about Kramer.

Kramer

Do you remember when I blogged about Kramer? He was the little boy I blogged about who has CP and weighed 25 pounds at 8 years old. Well, he has a family coming for him! Yay!

Asa

This is Asa. He was listed in orphanage 29 with Marla and Brandon on Reece's Rainbow. Notice how I put the word was in that sentence? No, I didn't make a mistake. Asa is on MFFM too!  Yay!!! The first time I saw him on MFFM I couldn't believe it. Seriously, I saw his picture and I said "No way!" out loud. I'm so happy!

Jacob

This little boy is Jacob. He is one or two years old and he has CP. (He was born this month two years ago, but I'm not sure exactly when.) And, he is also listed on MFFM! I know a lot of people love him and were praying for a family to adopt him. I'm so glad he has a family who is going to adopt him!

Brett

I do have some sad news though. Brett lost his family. He was on MFFM for a while. But, not that long ago, I found him listed in the newly listed children page on Reece's Rainbow. I was really sad when I saw that he lost his family. Please pray for the family who was going to adopt him. Also, please pray that another family will adopt him.

Marla

Darina

Please keep praying for my little girls Marla and Darina as well. They need families to adopt them ASAP. Please share them on Facebook and wherever you can so we can find them their forever families.
